Applying press-on nails with glue tabs

If you've never used liquid glue to apply press ons before, it can seem a little intimidating. Don't worry, glue tabs are a great way to ease into your press on journey and here's how you can do it in just a few steps.

Talaskye nail sets come complete with a full application kit, including liquid glue and glue tabs. But here's the best part – these aren't your average glue tabs. Tried, tested, and proven to stand the test of time with proper care, you'll be amazed at how long they last. It's no wonder they've taken the press-on nail community by storm, earning rave reviews from nail enthusiasts everywhere!

Step 1. Prepare your nails

Make sure nails are clean, dry, and free of any product. Optional: gently push back your cuticles with a cuticle stick.

Step 2. Trim and buff

Lightly buff your nails to remove shine and trim your natural nails so that they’re shorter than the press ons.

Step 3. Wipe and clean

Use the alcohol wipe to remove any debris and oils from your nails, then cut the tip off the liquid glue tube.

Step 4. Size your nails

Choose the correct glue tab sizes that covers most of your natural nail. Apply glue tab to your nail, press down, and smooth.

Step 5. Peel and press

Peel off the protective film and align the press on with your nail then gently press down to secure it in place.

Step 6. Hold and set

Hold firmly for a few seconds and apply light pressure around the nail to remove air bubbles.

Avoid exposure to water, oils and lotions for at least 2 hours after application.
